　　Now students are supposed to have sports for an hour every day. But some parents have their different opinions. They think if teenagers exercise one hour a day they will have less sleeping time. And they also have less time for study. Besides, they may possibly get hurt if they are not careful.
　　In my opinion, we teenagers should have more time to do sports in the morning or after school. As we know, exercise can make us strong and relaxed, and it can make our school life more colorful. So I think exercise for one hour a day is necessary. Maybe we can study harder and better.
　　書(shū)面表達(B)評分原則：
　　本大題共15分，內容和語(yǔ)言占14分，字數1分。按5個(gè)檔次給分。評分時(shí)根據其內容、語(yǔ)言表達的準確程度及其書(shū)寫(xiě)情況分檔，最后確定分數。內容要點(diǎn)可用不同方式表達，對緊扣主題的適當發(fā)揮不予扣分。
　　評分檔次：
　　第1檔：（13-15分）緊緊圍繞中心話(huà)題，內容詳實(shí)，表述準確完整，語(yǔ)言流暢，語(yǔ)法、拼寫(xiě)無(wú)誤，書(shū)寫(xiě)工整。
　　第2檔：（9-12分）能夠 圍繞中心話(huà)題，表述比較清楚，語(yǔ)句較通順完整，基本上無(wú)語(yǔ)法、拼寫(xiě)錯誤，書(shū)寫(xiě)工整。
　　第3檔：（5~6分）能夠圍繞中心話(huà)題，表述基本清楚，語(yǔ)句基本通順，有一些語(yǔ)法、拼寫(xiě)錯誤，但不影響句意理解，書(shū)寫(xiě)工整。
　　第4檔：（4-8分）能夠表述中心話(huà)題的一些方面，語(yǔ)句不夠通順完整，語(yǔ)法、拼寫(xiě)錯誤較多，書(shū)寫(xiě)不夠工整。
　　第5檔：（0-3分）對中心話(huà)題表述不清，語(yǔ)法、拼寫(xiě)錯誤多，不知所云，書(shū)寫(xiě)混亂。
