 2、內容要點(diǎn)：
        (1）校規明確，事實(shí)清楚，理由充分，給高分（12分以上）。
        (2)基本完成提出校規，給出事實(shí)，陳述理由，給及格左右分數（9分上下浮動(dòng)）
        (3)重點(diǎn)看事實(shí)和理由的表述部分。通過(guò)這一部分調節總體得分。
