一、命題指導思想
 中考是義務(wù)教育階段的終結性考試，其結果既是衡量學(xué)生是否達到畢業(yè)標準的主要依據，也是高中階段學(xué)校招生的重要依據之一。2015年中考英語(yǔ)試題既要體現初中義務(wù)教育階段的基礎性，又要體現與社會(huì )實(shí)際和學(xué)生生活的聯(lián)系，考查學(xué)生在具體情境中綜合運用語(yǔ)言的能力，確保試題的區分度和信度，發(fā)揮試卷畢業(yè)、升學(xué)雙重功能。
二、命題依據和范圍
 2015年中考英語(yǔ)試題將以國家教育部義務(wù)教育《英語(yǔ)課程標準》（2011年版）和2015年中考英語(yǔ)科考試大綱為命題依據，以義務(wù)教育教科書(shū)《英語(yǔ)》七年級上冊至九年級下冊的內容為命題范圍。
三、考試內容和要求
 根據義務(wù)教育《英語(yǔ)課程標準》（2011年版）中所規定的五級目標要求（初中畢業(yè)要求），兼顧高中階段學(xué)校招生的需要，2015年中考英語(yǔ)試題要立足基礎知識，注重運用，著(zhù)重考查學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)等四種英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言技能的綜合實(shí)踐能力以及靈活運用語(yǔ)言知識的能力。
（一）語(yǔ)言知識
要求考生掌握并能運用包括語(yǔ)音、詞匯、語(yǔ)法的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言基礎知識以及用于表達常見(jiàn)話(huà)題和功能（參見(jiàn)《課標》附錄）的語(yǔ)言形式等，要求詞匯量為1500~1600（參見(jiàn)《課標》附錄及《初中畢業(yè)升學(xué)考試指導 英語(yǔ)》附錄）。
（二）語(yǔ)言運用
1．聽(tīng)力
要求考生能聽(tīng)懂有關(guān)日常生活中所熟悉話(huà)題的對話(huà)和簡(jiǎn)短獨白�？忌鷳�能：
1）根據語(yǔ)調和重音理解說(shuō)話(huà)者的意圖；
2）聽(tīng)懂有關(guān)熟悉話(huà)題的談話(huà)，并能從中提取信息和觀(guān)點(diǎn)；
3）借助語(yǔ)境克服生詞障礙、了解大意；
4）聽(tīng)懂接近正常語(yǔ)速的故事和記敘文，理解故事的因果關(guān)系。
2．說(shuō)
要求考生能朗讀短文和連續說(shuō)話(huà)�？忌鷳�能：
1）比較連貫地朗讀所學(xué)課文或難度略低于所學(xué)語(yǔ)言材料的短文；
2）根據情景提示用語(yǔ)回答問(wèn)題；
   3）就熟悉話(huà)題，根據所提供的信息，說(shuō)一段話(huà)，不少于7句；
4）在以上口語(yǔ)活動(dòng)中語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調自然，語(yǔ)氣恰當。
3．閱讀
要求考生能讀懂常見(jiàn)體裁的簡(jiǎn)短文字材料，例如公告、說(shuō)明、廣告以及書(shū)、報、雜志中關(guān)于一般性話(huà)題的簡(jiǎn)短文章�？忌鷳�能：
1）根據上下文和構詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義；
2）理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關(guān)系；
3）找出文章中的主題，理解故事的情節，預測故事情節的發(fā)展和可能的結局；
4）理解作者的意圖和態(tài)度，作出簡(jiǎn)單的判斷。
5）能根據不同的閱讀目的運用簡(jiǎn)單的閱讀策略獲取信息。
   4．寫(xiě)作
要求考生根據提示進(jìn)行書(shū)面表達，例如根據所讀文章按要求表達，根據文字、圖畫(huà)或圖表信息寫(xiě)短文，根據提示敘述事情、簡(jiǎn)單表達觀(guān)點(diǎn)和態(tài)度等�？忌鷳�能：
使用常見(jiàn)的詞匯、句型和語(yǔ)法，比較清楚、連貫、準確地用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行表達。
四、考試形式與試卷結構
  （一）答卷方式：聽(tīng)力口語(yǔ)部分為自動(dòng)化考試；筆試部分為閉卷考試。
（二）考試時(shí)間：聽(tīng)力口語(yǔ)20分鐘；筆試120分鐘。
  （三）試卷分數：聽(tīng)力口語(yǔ)滿(mǎn)分30分；筆試卷面滿(mǎn)分120分。
  （四）試題難易比例：試卷包括容易題、中等題和難題，其比例為6：3：1，總難度系數為0.70左右。
（五）筆試部分試卷整體結構、題型、題量、分值等（命題時(shí)可根據實(shí)際情況對題號順序、題量和分值作微調）：

閱讀下面的短文，并根據短文后的要求答題。
I was very sleepy in the morning, so I didn’t go running as usual. At nine o’clock, Tom called me to join him in a game of basketball. He said Jack and other boys would also be there too. I had finished my homework and had nothing else to do so I agreed. Tom told me to go to the basketball club at ten o’clock.
On the way there, I bought a hamburger. When I reached the basketball club, I was surprised to see Tom and Jack fighting. Later on, I learned that they were fighting over who should start throwing the ball. I shouted to them to stop but they would not listen. Luckily two men came to separate the boys till they calmed down. Then I suggested that we go to the coffee shop for a drink. At the coffee shop, I brought out my hamburger and it was good to see Tom and Jack sharing the hamburger and laughing once again.
